The room was silent and cheap in general, with a good view. The location was very central, unbeatable to car parking area. And it was also near to Auckland for, Civic Theatre, and public transport and surrounding attractions.

Location
Dribbly low pressure shower, presumably because the bathroom is so small any leaks will get on the carpet

Staff tried to be accommodating but so many obstacles.
Parking was terrible & we had to PAY for it. Should be free given how awful it was. Woke up early one morning and could not exit the building by the fire escape stairs until staff unlocked it. Thank goodness there was no fire... Understand locking the door against entry but NOT allowing guests to exit at any time is a disaster waiting to happen.
